Cheryl Turner
President/ Funder

Retired from US Air Force as a Master Sergeant E-7, Led the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) Post 1941 the first female Commander, promoted to District Commander of 12 VFW posts.
She spears heads that assists the veteran in all their needs from housing, clothing, medial care, VA clinics, food and employment.

Chris Sanders
Deputy Director

President and CEO of WSM Associates LLC. President and Founder of Metamorphosis Development Group LLC., with affiliations with CHS Construction Co. Inc.
Cecil Christopher Sanders is president & CEO and a founding partner of WSM Associates, LLC, established in 2003.
Chris earned his Bachelor of Architecture from Hampton University, Va. in 1995. He finished at the top of his class and was voted Mr. Architecture '95. He began his professional career with Wilson Woodridge Architects in East Orange, NJ, and within the 1st year, he was appointed lead designer for a new building commissioned by the Urban League of Essex County a national nonprofit organization. He later spent 11 years at Johnson Jones Architects Planners, Inc., in Princeton, NJ, as head of the firm’s Church and Residential Design Department.
His areas of expertise also include residential, commercial, educational, health centers, governmental facilities, restaurants, community centers and retail spaces.
WSM Associates, designs inspiring structures to meet their clients’ needs and improve local landscapes. Chris believes that once a project begins, a marriage is formed between the client and architect, "the project becomes that families baby", and it is OUR duty to raise a healthy, stable and successful project TOGETHER, as a team".
He also works as a Project Manager with CHS Construction Co., www.chsconstructionco.com.
Lastly, Chris also loves to give back, he is founder of  Wisdom Shapes Minds Community Development a NJ Non Profit 501(c)3 Corporation (WSMCDC), www.wsmcdc.org, who has united a group of more than 20 professionals, to implement elective programs, into schools, colleges, churches, non-profit organizations, juvenile detention centers and businesses. WSMCDC is focused on teaching the community, young and old, the elements of wellness & healing, the program is called "How to Create a Visionary with an Architect's Mind".
Besides to Manage 60 million of Business a year, he had Master Design a 400 million new Culture Center.

With Bacheller in Architecture and going thru his masters in the same field, he had been proficiently designing major residential, commercial and community projects.

President of Project Management Contractors LLC., with association with WSM Associates, with over 50 years’ experience managing diversified and complex projects in all areas of the market Domestic and international.
With a Bacheller in Industrial Engineering and a Master’s in business Economy had planned and successfully installed many Manufacturing plans, rubber recycling, automatic AS/RS, Processes and equipment, wireless building management systems and Solar Energy programs.
Planned and installed schools, residential buildings and Commercial.
Managing an average of 150 million per year.
Internationally, installed a Calcium mine in the wildness of Panama /city Panama and the installation of a new automatic Canned Manufacturing Products Plan.
During his carrier he has developed many operation manuals and safety programs.
Member of the: American association of Manufacturing Engineers, Association of Facilities Engineer, Association of Maintenance and Facility Management, American Association of Industrial Engineers, American Association of Mechanical Engineers and Green Initiative.
